Titchmouse Farmhouse is part of a small pretty community called "La Ville d'Est set in the heart of peaceful farmland, yet just a ten minute drive to the many beautiful sandy beaches and coves at St. Jacut de la Mer, conveniently located on the edge of the village of Créhen, which is equidistant between the small towns of Ploubalay and  Plancoët and a thirty minute drive from the port of St. Malo.

There are two, two bedroom cottages available to rent which adjoin the main farmhouse this being the English owners` private house.

These 16th century stone cottages have been beautifully renovated and furnished to a very high standard retaining the traditional oak beams throughout. For people with children there is a large enclosed well equipped play area

COTTAGE 2:

This cottage is  larger overall, also with two bedrooms plus additional sleeping using the sofabed in the living room. The living room and dining area are tastefully furnished in traditional farmhouse style with feature fireplace with a log burning stove. 

The large kitchen is extremely well equipped as Cottage No 1.  Upstairs are two comfortable and attractive bedrooms, one with double bed the other with twin beds.  The bathroom has washbasin, bath and shower unit plus separate WC.

General Information about both cottages:

Both cottages have television/ video English programmes, plus a selection of videos, and are centrally heated should you wish to take a winter break.

Outside there are several large fields -  one with a wide range of play equipment including basketball and volleyball where children can play safely. Both cottages have garden furniture for outdoor eating, together with barbecue.  There is also a swimming pool and sunbathing deck.

All electricity is included in the price and bed linen and towels are provided except for beach towels.   Cots and highchairs are available upon request.    A "Welcome Pack" of basic provisions is provided for guests arrival.
